Been going on since 2018 actually. Active duty Cyber Protection Teams (mine in particular) were also postured to deploy for and assist to DHS and the states, should there be a surge in cyber activity during the 2018 elections.
Over the last year I've moved on to another job of advising the DoD on our cyber operational capabilities, which includes the Cyber 9-line reporting tool into Threat Hub, a component of the Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) architecture. Already they have been able to not only capture and confirm activity, but they've shared it to other sates with similar activity. The question should be why aren't the rest of the states getting in on the Cyber 9-Line/Threat Hub capability (only 12 have registered)?
