SFC (Join to see) SGT (Join to see) that is a really good idea, I was an alternate motorcycle mentor as a SPC. Highlights you, let's you establish a binder and sop for other riders (and new ones) helps with EoT award/ncoer bullets etc.
If your unit doesn't have one then talk to your team lead/psg/s-1 as to your desire to start the program.. no one will turn away free help haha.

SGT (Join to see) Every unit from company to CORPS is supposed to have a motorcycle mentor. When the lower-level unit does not have one, you go to the next higher HQ.. I made sure lower units had a MM, as I did not want to do their work.
So if your company does not have a MM, go see BN

This is what was required when I was there a few years ago:
1. Memorandum agreement between you and the CDR (let's the company know you ride)
2. Take msf course 1 (2nd level completed within a year I think)
3. Go to dmv and take their "test" to get endorsement on license.
Enjoy the ride and be safe.
When coming on post they will sometimes ask for your msf card in addition to your cac. What I would do is keep both in the same pocket and just offer up both when coming through.
