After two years, why can't the Army's HRC (DMDC) get their logon problems solved?
Two years ago I got locked out of my VA account because I was using my Login (DMDC) account, finally I was able to get signed up with ID.me, now no problems, but still cannot access the Army's HRC to update DEERS or access my military records. Two years ago I spent money and time (live in Denmark) to call DMDC on the west coast, put on hold for almost an hour, talked for an hour, finally getting to talk to a supervisor. She told me they knowingly accepted a flawed system in order to get it online. They knew the new system would only support a select few country's phone numbers. Yet after two years it is still the same. I am lock out, unable to update DEERS or access my military records. I can access the VA, SSA, MY PAY, my two state side banks, even my State's official site (Idaho). They all contain sensitive information. Many of these sites use an email for security verification, so why can't DMDC get their I.T. department in gear and get their system fixed? I told the lady if I did my job as a Seargents Major like her department did their job, I would have lost my star and job. I wonder how many others have problems accessing HRC?

SSG James Phelps, this is the reason we should not let this go on. If we stand together and get DMDC to do what is right, then we can get this corrected. I strongly urge everyone to contact their Senator, I already have. I have written Military.com, maybe they will look into it as well. : " [login to see] " < [login to see] >
The above email is the address I have written to. If we stick together, we can get something done. Only by standing on the side lines will nothing get done.

Not JUST The VA~~ I've Had Constant Problems With Every Government Site I've Tried Using.
Here's The Beauty, WHEN I DO Get In, I "Save" My Name And Entry Code. ~~ Go Back Later, It's STILL There; ~ But When I Click On It To Enter, This Is What Shows Up:
~"Your Information Does Not Match Our Records"~
And This Crap Has Been Going On For YEARS.

This is the reason we need to get a Congressional investigation into DMDC. It is a civilian department of the Army, thus no military command. I have already written my State Senator and written to Military.Com, to see if they can also do an investigation into this matter. This is a big, big problem which the powers to be do not want it looked at because they know there is a problem.

SGM Mikel Dawson -
Quite Frankly, I'd Doubt They'd Want To Correct All Of Their Mistakes.
By Doing So, They'd Probably Need Twice The Number Of Government Employees.

A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney - "Quite Frankly I doubt" is just what they want. I will give you an email address at Military.com, give this person a write, explain the problems you have with LOG IN DMDC. We need to get this in the open, make them accountable: " [login to see] " < [login to see] >
