I understand Israel's motives. I also understand the more non-Hamas Palestinians they kill, the more Hamas will recruit. We should have learned that in Vietnam.
I am not saying Israel should forgive and forget, but I do believe they should do more to protect the innocent.

If they truly were trying to get to Hamas - they wouldn't be bombing hospitals, churches, mosques, refugee camps. They wouldn't be annihilating an entire people...they'd use more direct attacks. They'd use SF. Again, we didn't bomb Pakistan to get bin Laden. We used SF to go in and target him. Not take out the entire country.

I think that Hamas has already proven to the world who the beast is through the savergy of their recent unprovoked attack on Israel. Hamas has a long record of showing little concern for human rights, while Israel has been a world leader in promoting human rights. Who do you think the world is going to believe?
