The article itself is fine, but the headline is ridiculous. No single nation can "tackle" climate change, and if China decides to continue as #1 world polluter, there is nothing we can do about it.

The headline should be the U.S. can't compete with China while tackling climate change. As long as China continues to increase emissions, the U.S. under Trump of all people has decreased emission and we were not even in the Paris Accords, tell me how many countries in the Paris Accords actually decreased emissions. The only reason other countries want the U.S. in the Paris Accords is so we can waste billions funding other countries, which most of that money will never make it to the intended purpose.

Are we really "tackling" it or just funding it? The purse strings were the reason everyone thought it was a bad idea when Obama entered us into it, in the first place. I think there are things we can do. I doubt they'll have the impact the politicians say they will, but we can do things without funding the world or crushing our economy while doing them.
