To be considered prior anything you'll need a DD-214. Only one way to get that - ETS. Good luck and Aim High.

From my understanding you are still in the military just on leave - you still get a paycheck for the time while on leave - not out until ETS. As well USAF my not want prior service - you really need to find that out - I would guess an USAF recruiter would know.
AF has a prior enlistment program for a "select number of separated individuals". Make sure you're in that "select individuals" group as they may not take you.

Visit a recruiter and ask about DD Form 368.
One option is to get accepted to OCS of another branch.
It appears there are programs to make it easier to go from other services to the Army (e.g., Blue to Green).
Couldn't find similar program going from Army to others.
Consider the risk that prior service goals change, and you may find yourself waiting longer than you anticipated.

SrA John Monette - Sid said it best, get the recruiting stuff done first before ETS. That way you slip from one to the other seamlessly

SPC (Join to see) - Yes -that's what I'm talking about. have it ready and all it takes is an officer from the service branch to swear you in.
