How Does Back Pay Work for VA Disability?

I'm Not Exactly Sure How This Will Work In My Particular Situation
Because It Was Medical Errors, Wrong Prescriptions And Un-diagnosed Errors BY The VA
Which Disabled Me, While One Screw-Up Came Close To Causing My Death,
Plus I Had A Free Stay In The Hospital; In Fact, Close To The Entire Month Of December.
OKAY, I'll Stop Ranting, But I'm Tired Of Needing Health Care Which Almost Causes Death,
But Had I Died, It Would Probably Be Listed As "Death By Natural Causes".

And Being Cared For At The Funny Farm By A Hairy Gorilla. LOL.
