Anyone wanna take a stab in the dark at what the advancement quotas will be for HM? Specifically HM1?? Lol

I made FC1 on a 5% quota just as I crossed my 7 year TIS mark. Never say never.

If the quotas are going to be anything like in the past, I wouldn't rush out to the Uniform Shop and buy First Class crows just yet! :)

Does the Navy still do that PTS and ERB bullshit? If you have the option, would you be willing to cross rate for a better chance of making First and thus staying in?
