After 9/11, Russia gave a sculpture to New Jersey which included a visit by Vladimir Putin. As of 2022, his name is no longer visible on the memorial.

Wavering on this. He did give us the memorial so at one time it represented how he felt and I do think he should also be remembered for that. At the same time how many bad things does he need to do before that makes it all moot and he's just a bad person (A minor Hitler if you will)? I guess Bayonne is at that point.
