Pulling rank does not win an argument. It just ends it...but sometimes that's the only way the mission moves forward.
What do you think?
I heard this somewhere, and thought I would see what y'all thought about it. What are your comments?

I never have liked the term 'pulling rank.' We have a disagreement and I am the one responsible for the decision and this is my decision. 'My directions are' always sounded better than "my orders are." I served in a PC army and learned to play their games.

It;s Been DECADES Since I've Had Any Form Of An Argument.
I Make It A Point To Explain My Part Of The Conversation To Them,
"IF I Agreed WITH You, We'd BOTH Be Wrong".
And I Haven't Had Any Arguments Since Then..
I Just Let Them Know The Facts And End The Conversation.
