Can someone help me with NCOER bullets?
I am working on doing my first NCOER support form and wow is it a headache. The problem I have is as a guard member I am supposed to do 27D bullets, except I have very little involvement in 27D work. I am currently on orders doing S1 details. I know the simple answer would be to ask my JAG for help except he is currently deployed and with the restraints because of the virus going on I am very limited to who I can reach easily. Can anyone assist me with some idea's for the bullet points? I have checked all the websites and they seem to follow the active component and the guard is slightly different as far as what we do (most are for a 27D that sits in claims or something specific not for a 27D that covers down on all options)

My instinct says to recommend you just write bullets for the work you have done/are doing. If you're not actually do 27D tasks, then write bullets for the tasks you are doing.

That was my thought as well SFC Livingston, however I was told to do it on what I'm supposed to be doing and add what I am doing at the end.

MSG Palmer U provided the best guidance. Your objectives should next with that if your rater and senior rater. Your NCOER-SF is then a contract between you and your rates such that if you accomplish the agreed upon objectives, they must be represented in your evaluation. The opposite scenario is also true: if you fail to achieve stated objectives they can be used against you. Thus your rater should counsel you on a frequent basis to aid in identifying weak areas and to subsequently provide methods, means, or advice for improvement.

I swear that this platform alters my text input. Please don’t mind the spelling errors.

MAJ (Join to see) No worries on the spelling Sir. I will send and email to my JAG and see if he can suggest stuff. I'm not sure if/when he will get it due to being deployed. I may have to get extra creative. I've checked the regulations and every site to help I can. Asking on here was my last option.

In the end it’s a task of listing your accomplishments and adherence to requisite programs, e.g., EO, EEO, and SHARP. Thus, it’s important to keep this running tab over time. SGT (Join to see)

MAJ (Join to see) Thank you Sir. I've gotten better at keeping a love me book and everything in multiple copies and safe locations and documented over the years. I just have to figure out this crazy system.
