"If you are older than 30, you more than likely know where you were in 2001 when the towers fell. It was probably the most significant and impactful event on American soil since Pearl Harbor 60 years prior and before that since the British burned the White House in the War of 1812. All three events were a gut punch to Americans and we all remember what we were doing and where we were when it happened. Now, 23 years later, we still deal with the after-effects, whether it be in the form of PTSD, loss of loved ones, travel restrictions, etc. The world changed after 9/11, 2001, and we changed with it. But how do we heal from those changes? How do we mend from the madness that marred America's memories?"

Join Air Force veteran, author, and peer support specialist Steven Bates as we discuss healing from 9/11 on this, the 23rd anniversary of one of the most devastating attacks on American soil.
