If a CSM is asking to schedule a meeting with another Seinor NCO but wanting to say why, even when the NCO asked what the meeting was about... How should that NCO take it? Given that that CSM has "hinted" at not liking the NCO or expressed untrue "theories" about that NCO in the past. Does it portray some form of intimidation or is that NCO possibly overreacting?

Based on the vague scenario I think the NCO is overreacting. I’m wondering why the CSM is asking to schedule a meeting instead of just telling the NCO when the meeting will be. I scheduled meetings with peers and superiors. I directed when a meeting would take place with subordinates.
