Brett Cotter Bio
Brett Cotter, Author and Stress Is Gone Founder, is a stress relief expert with 20years experience specializing in group facilitation and one-on-one coaching. He wrote the workbook, “3 Keys to Managing PTSD”, and created the PTSD FREE mobile app to help combat veterans reduce stress symptoms. Brett is a member of the Amercian Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, National Center for Crisis Management, International Honor Society in Psychology, and the Stress Coaching Association. His program is certified by The American Institute of Stress. Brett also received training from the Himalayan Institute and a Shaolin Grand Master. His approach to relaxation is a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies.
