Vietnam War protesters, 21 October 1967 in DC. The "turtle shell" we hadda wear in FRG was glossy OD, not dull like theirs, and I hated having to wear that thing. White gloves and class A uniform with shined Cochrain jump boots, HOO-YAH!

We had them (protesters) at Fort Dix in 1972. Uniform was fatigues, and the shells, with unit number and insignia.
