Navy Cryptologic Technician Technical – CTT

My first ship did ELINT duty in the northern Pacific against SIMRS (Soviet Instrumentation Range Ships) whenever they monitored a Soviet missile splashdown in their missile range. The ship was awarded a Meritorious Unit Commendation for it. We were either actually doing it or on the way when North Korea attacked the USS Pueblo.
