I’m at the Direct Commission Course as we speak. I’m currently active duty as a 72D.

SGT (Join to see) I’ll reply when I get back tonight. I’ll cover a few suggestions.

SGT (Join to see) You’ll likely be in the middle somewhere. However, for credit purposes, your MPH will also count as 2 years of experience. Being a prior service NCO, your experience will set you apart. I’m going to say your chance of selection is better than average. I believe you’ll beat out most candidates. My MOS was related, but for additional experience, I volunteered for the Boy Scouts teaching the Public Health and Environmental Science merit badges. I also shadowed local public health agencies. But I did this over 4 years. Back in 2014, when I started my degree, I planned the entire commissioning process years in advance.
