I didn't iron and starch clothing, we had tactical velcro to boot. Does AD Military in garrison have there bunks and lockers/dressers routinely inspected?

What was really crazy was when I was at Irwin, we would have weekly (and sometimes daily if the CSM was feeling froggy) barracks inspections. But the married folk living in town, some were so broke their fridges were empty and places were a mess and the command only found out after the landlord would call and complain. Many a Soldier asked why the married Soldiers weren't getting their places looked at.
