I'm a 25B returning to service in the National Guard, and intend to submit a 255A packet as soon as I am able. Is there anything that I can make sure I have in advance to streamline the process, and how are civilian performance appraisals perceived in a packet in lieu of NCOERs? And what is a good avenue to find a WO3+ for the letter of recommendation, and how does that usually go in regard to giving one from anyone thats had the pleasure of doing so?
