I submitted my warrant packet for the NOV board but since it's so early I have time to update my LORs. I have a LOR from my CO, BC, and CCWO for my Senior WO LOR. For my 3 optional LORs, I have a CW4, a CPT that was my BOLC instructor, and a recently retired O8. Should I try to replace the LOR from the CPT or stick with what I have?

Ma’am,
If it helps your decision at all, I only submitted the 3 required LORs when I was selected (CO, BC, and a CW4). The fact that you have 3 additional is great and as others have stated the content is probably the most important.

Ma'am, look at all the LORs objectively, and with a singular focus: quality over quantity—qualitative over quantitative will always offer more than a "rank" heavy, minimalistic LOR. With that, adding the MG's LOR can't hurt though.
Many before you have been selected using the three LORs—you'll be fine. Good luck, and I hope to hear good news in the future!
