What small arms did you train in,(include them all) and during what era?
I'm looking for ITR/AIT training not a specialized MOS weapons system.
I'm curious how this has changed over the years among the branches.
I once taught a class in the .30 MG 1917 to MACV because it had gone out of their inventory.

I'm heavy into small arms training right now. A dozen hours a day, 7 days a week in many different situations. My 18 month old has very small arms.

During 1968-1993: 38, M-16, M-9. They tended to keep us flyers away from small arms........ probably for valid reasons!
