Nanomachines have been subject of Sci Fi for years. Star Trek communicators (Nextel, you can even set up your alert bell as Star Trek), Disk Tracy two-way wrist radio (Apple, FitBit), synthetic skin, vaccines that aren’t made by injecting the actual virus into people (mRNA) all these SciFi plot lines are becoming reality.
