This also isn't the first time the Chinese Communist have released biological agents on civilian population on purpose. It had happened before back in 1983 and is a continuing program. They have no concern even over millions of deaths of their own people let along citizens of other countries. The are also involved in intentional pollution of the water of other Asian countries and impacting the economics of their fishing industries. Forward basing of their Military to launch from after they take economic control of other nations. The buildup of their Military once these other controls are in place to spread the Communist influence. There is nothing good about anything the Chinese Communist Party is doing. The goal economic control of as much of the world as they can exert that influence upon. The are taking over without yet even having to use Military force.
