Wow, that must have been a shock TSgt Joe C. for the Imgur user who goes by Amscolie shared her story after accidentally leaving her back door open as a storm brewed outside discovered three fawns taking shelter in her living room.

We have deer all around us. I've gone out at night with a flashlight and counted as many as a dozen pairs of eyes. They were sleeping all over our small pastures. In the winter they run around the yard in packs of anywhere from 6 to a dozen or more. We found a baby buck in the back yard one day. The only thing that defines them is small brown spots where their antlers will later be. It may have lost it's mother or maybe was abandoned. We tried to place it in some leaves after trying to rub our scent from it, hoping it would be reclaimed, but nothing doing. So, he followed my wife around outside for a few days, until he fell in her koi pond. It got sick after that, or may have been sick all along, and finally died. He was very vocal and was constantly braying, while he walked around like a small puppy. It was neat having him around for awhile even though we wanted him to return to nature.
