the Reason for the expanded Use of SOF troops Is Because of the Blunders or the lack of leadership BHO has shown... when he should have stayed in Iraq he bailed out... and when he should Have continued to increase the manpower to defeat the Problems he decreased the manpower and told the enemy when and what he was going to do... BHO has done more damage to National Security and Is Guilty of Treason more so than ever ...

Hyperbolic title nearly turned me away from what is actually a very good point. That author needs a good editor. Anyway, I suspect that the 'something's gotta give' is that they're going to increase the budget and train more SOF.
