There's no "avoiding" a second wave. We can't isolate forever. The point of the lockdown was to "flatten the curve" which we've done. Now cases which are going to continue to happen will not over run our health care system (unless all the laid off health care workers don't come back to work.) Stop using fear of a second wave to maintain continued abeyance of people's freedoms.
