Whistleblower: FBI using 'process' to punish political foes

We now have a new phrase for general use...PROCESS PUNISHMENT. Simply put, process punishment is using the legal process punish otherwise law abiding citizens with dissenting opinions and intimidate them into silence which in effect negates the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.

Once any legal process is started (think Gen Mike Flynn) you (the target) are effectively tied up financially and emotionally vested to clear your good name. If politically active, the process drains you to the point you have nothing left for your activism (again think Gen Flynn). The ripple effect is that you friends and family see what is happening to you and they in turn think twice about any dissent they might want to express. Selected intimidation is the tool used by tyrants.

Along with past Democrat weaponization of the IRS (remember Loise Learner), the blatant overreach of the BATF and similar corruption is other "lettered agencies", I am concerned that we are at a tipping point. In the weeks and months to come we will have to decided where we stand on the issues. Remember, for evil to succeed good/honorable men & women have to remain silent.
