Ah yes, let's hear from that arbiter of the public weal, NPR. Surely, their unbiased opinion is worthy of consideration. Does the leaked version of the SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v Wade define when pregnancy starts as this article avers? I think not. From what I've read, it provides a rational basis for overturning a precedent based on faulty legal reasoning and creating a Right to Privacy out of whole cloth. If Roe v Wade is overturned, the control of abortion will return to the hands of the states where it rightfully belongs. If any state enacts controls that are suspect, each will be considered individually (hopefully).
