We had some of the weed that grew wild near the cesspool. Some would grow to six feet. It was the early sixties, when a sudden awareness sprung up in the neighborhood. They named my parents house (what had been a sharecroppers house before my dad renovated it somewhat) the Sugar Shack. We always had bbqs and parties going on, during the summer.
