Vietnam in HD E03 The Tet Offensive 1968 720P HD

It is hard to believe that the Tet offensive started fifty years ago. This is an outstanding documentary that is told from the point of view of those who were there. It is very graphic, but that is what was shown on TV nightly. American opinion shifted, I believe, because of this constant media coverage. General Westmoreland told the public all is well and victory was in sight. The images on TV seemed to contradict him, and opinion began to change even though Tet was a huge military defeat for the North Vietnamese. It seems now in hindsight that the North Vietnamese had won their propaganda campaign to the detriment of all of our two and a half million veterans who served there.
