This blog is for all those great veterans and members out on RallyPoint that really care about veterans that have been affected by COVID-19. Veteran SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth was down with COVID-19 and wanted to thank all of those RP Members that reached out to him while he was in the hospital.

Cowboy ran out of data today, so he couldn't thank you all personally for your support. He wanted me to thank you all for the reaching out, the phone calls, and the well wishes for his recovery from the virus.

Here is a prayer for his continued recovery:

Jesus, during Your ministry on Earth You showed Your power and caring by healing people of all ages and stations of life from physical, mental, and spiritual ailments. Be present now for "Cowboy" who needs Your loving touch because of COVID-19. May he feel Your power of healing through the care of doctors and nurses.

Take away the fear, anxiety, and feelings of isolation from Cowboy receiving treatment. Give him a sense of purpose in pursuing health and protecting others from exposure to the disease. Protect Cowboy's family and friends and bring peace to all who love him.
