Splunk as an analysis tool is very popular with many organizations. If you've never played with it, or looking into opportunities where this particular skill set is helpful and you want to have some experience under your belt, check out the site. This was sent by my S3. One of my unit's Splunk experts added this bit below.

"With classes that are given to you below, You can get your power user after that. You would however have to get your user cert first which is also free at splunk.com . Just go to training and sign up for splunk fundamentals part 1. Once you finish that, you be egilible to take the user cert. After that with the classes completed below, you be egilible to take your power user. If you want to go for high you can data and system admin for splunk to do your splunk admin cert. If you want to do your architect, do your architect class after that. If you want to learn more about use cases/content for splunk front end, there are alot youtube videos available for free at splunk learning."
