Incredible guy! A bayonet charge no less! A Brit did that in Afghanistan and the Taliban were so shaken seeing his squad charging, they withdrew! He got the British version of our Silver Star.
Back to MSG Adams ... a true warrior! Anyone who served in WW2, Korea then Vietnam who survived all three are surely heroes of the highest caliber.
