Veteran suicides dropped to lowest level in 12 years

This is the first time I've read this article and it is different from all of the reports that I've read. The ones I've read before have all said that in October 2019, the average suicide rate among veterans was 22 per day and that increased by 20% as of March 2020. Hopefully, this report is true.
