As the VA modernizes, they must make certain to hire those who will test the automated systems before deployment. The eBenefits Website, with all of the good it has done for filing and learning, still has glitches which need addressing. But I applaud VA for coming into the 21st century.

The VA needs lots more vets serving vets... They can't get rid of life sucking GS workers, but when they resign or retire....

They have made great strides in their claims processing and automated systems. While there is always room for improvement, I am excited about the changes that they are currently working on.
