USS Forrestal - Supercarrier Disaster

By the time I was 15 years old, I think I had four of the Forrestal carriers as toy models in my room.

The Forest all in the Enterprise both had their share of severe loss of life due to run away ordinance caused by exhaust from tugs or other sources setting off the chain reactions.
