Force Recon are considered the absolute best deep reconnaissance troops on the planet. SEALS and Delta hog all the glory, but most of the time it's Recon who got them the information. Direct Action Force Recon are now the Marine Raiders (again), which is a cross breed of Delta, Seals and Rangers.

TSgt David L. - I meant that when people talk about Special Forces, it's usually SEALS and Delta that get talked about, sometimes Rangers. Force Recon works behind the scenes, if you heard about them during an operation, they weren't doing their jobs properly.

I must concur with TSgt David L. about Delta being mentioned FAR less than Seals, etc. Their missions "don't exist"!!!
