US Army Captain says country's military 'not best in the world anymore'

I will bite. How can we say the Chinese and Russian militaries are better if they have not fought a large war? That is like saying that boxer is great without fighting one bought. We fought in Afghanistan and still prosecuted a conventional against Iraq successfully. I think we are smart and agile enough to adjust TTPs by theaters. The nature of war is making requisite adjustments.
