This is a disingenuous as it’s title says it rules against Missouri (“rules against Missouri AG” when in fact the SCOTUS said “they do not have legal standing to bring a case against the federal government.”. Basically, they (the SCOTUS) refused to rule on the facts, while this article implies the SCOTUS did rule on the facts. There is only one word for a news agency who would twist words like this: Pathetic.
