Not sure what to make of it. Obviously, the Army wants to connect with young people and I guess this is one way to do it. Not seeing why they need a full-time active-duty group of them in order to do that, though. I am pretty certain that if you took a quick show of hands in any randomly-selected Infantry Rifle company in the Army, you'd get plenty of video-game console owners.
