Two teens were note charged, two adults were charged. At 18 and 19 they are legally adults and IMHO the author of the article does a disservice by not correctly identifying they are adults.

I understand that they are teens SGT James Murphy, but that misleads folks that read articles like this. Instead of focusing on the fact that they are both adults, the reader thinks of them as teens,
