Given that over 300 million doses of the experimental vaccine have been administered to volunteers, it's not just liberals that are very slow learners. Not one of the vaccines have been FDA approved for anything other than emergency use. I did have one vaxhole make the argument that, "well, we're in a health emergency, so everyone should get it." Right, karen...
I suppose we should take comfort in the government not discriminating against any particular skin color or ethnic background in the current experiment? Instead of being racist, this government is now an equal opportunity offender. Not exactly how I would define improvement, particularly when we're talking about a virus with a 99.97% survival rate. Those at extreme risk, in this case meaning the elderly and those with particular pre-existing conditions, and more likely to not survive getting the virus may benefit themselves from volunteering for the vaccine experiment. This push to include elementary, secondary, and college students who are at virtually zero risk from the disease itself but will absolutely be exposed to any currently unknown side effects is particularly disturbing. I'm hoping for the best, of course - maybe they all will be lucky, and the vaccine doesn't have unknown side effects that show up only after decades, procreation, or intersection with other medical conditions. I probably don't get a vote but am sincerely hoping my grandchildren aren't part of this experiment.

Considering who was at the head of the government, of course we were lied to.

We are still being lied to. I believe Trump said the virus came out of China, liberal controlled media sites blocked people that said it came from the Wuhan lab. Now the consensus seems to be the virus did escape from the Wuhan lab.

LTC David Brown The fact that it came from China was never in question, what's your point, other than previous guy actually didn't lie once.
