Abortion has never been written into the Constitution and thus was never something taken away. Now that states are starting to amend their state constitutions, it is becoming a right. In the year since Roe V Wade was thrown out, women have actually gotten more rights and had them codified however just as Democrats did nothing in the 48 years that Roe V Wade was case law they want people to believe rights are being taken to have a victim pool to save. Proof point KS is a red state and when given the chance to change their Constitution and outlaw abortion, they as voters did not do that. Regarding gun control, you can continue to write more laws, not enforce the ones in the books, and criminals will still kill with firearms.
