It is a travel ban, but not a Muslim ban. The court's objective is over a religious component to the policy. Banning all travel from a specific area is not religiously specific. In the past, many specific countries or area were banned or severely restricted from USA travel. If we can ban Albanians from entering the country when they were communist, why can't we ban Somalians or other countries whose governments are hostile towards us?
