Bryan I will say it, the rate of turnover is high, but I see it as he is refining, fine tuning the engine.

LTC Shearer- I think it is no different than having developed your campaign plans with Lines of Effort and a member is not hitting your metrics or is off the track completely.

Maj Z- the one thing that you are missing is this is not the average Presidency. For those that voted for Mr. Trump were tired of the average outcome of politics in DC. Most of us wanted a Distuptor. Mr. Trump is doing just that. If you were a battalion Commander would you maintain staff members that were not up to your expectations?

I hope you get the opportunity to train your staff. I had a staff from the previous BC and I was fortunate to pick a few replacements as individuals needed to PCS. But our BCT was selected for a SFATT mission and I lost my entire staff. So the replacements were all 2 and 1st LTs. It was an eye opener for us all. I think we should wait and watch the outcome. Too many experts

LTC (Join to see) - Sir, I feel like you're ignoring the point on this one - Tillerson was hand-picked by POTUS to be Secretary of State. He wasn't some random LT that got stuck on his staff by HRC.
