Is a career Politian the right person to lead the nation in Cyber Defense?

He has an in-depth background in Cyber security from both the government side and private sector. This is the new battlefield and Trump is showing that he gets that.

LCDR (Join to see) - This is a new battlefield, I still challenge his competence in the technical arena to head this effort.

Not necessarily, but there are few people at his age who have both the operational AND executive skills (not to mention legal skills too) for running cyber defense organizations. Giuliani has the administrative skills having run the legal side of a cyber security crisis mgmt group. Is he new to cyber? Absolutely... But we do need someone versed in both cyber and the law to be assisting the President and he has been getting his feet wet in cyber (like many of our own generals in the military). Giuliani also offers outstanding executive experience as well.

there are other positions he would be better at and lift and shift a few around... but most of all get all the Left overs from BHO out before the back stab the Trumpster ...

Guiliani ran out all the Mobsters from Javits Center back in his day. He's tough on crime.

Consider the source, we all know what he accomplished as Mayor of NY even before. If ignorance is bliss, there are some happy left wing posters on RP.
