Why would restricting free speech ever be considered a Constitutional question?
Of COURSE they got it right.

how the hell is telling someone they are not allowed to say certain things NOT about free speech?
Do you even hear yourself ?
The Olympic level Twister the left has to go to to justify their shenanigans is amazing.
Just admit his 1st Amendment rights are being violated - which they CLEARLY are - and then discuss why it is a valid violation in this instance.
But denying it is about free speech when he is LITERALLY being told not to speak is ridiculous.

SFC Casey O'Mally - This is standard court procedure. It happens a lot, so I am not going to waste my time researching this.
Trump was not to intimidate witnesses, juror, or court officials.
No one has the right to say anything they wish. Courts have long upheld that. It is the "yell fire in a crowded theater" issue.

SFC Casey O'Mally - I only tell myself the truth. I stopped kidding myself 60 years ago.

Not allowing Trump to speak unfettered is the dumbest thing the left can hope/wish for.
