Sorry but he doesn't get to tell anyone how they perceive what he says especially a widow of a fallen servicemember. He needs to just stop the damn tweeting about this. All he had to do was apologize for the confusion and move on. That's it. He was wrong. Wilson was wrong. It's just really disgusting.

Exactly. All he had to do was say "I'm sorry there was miscommunication or misperception. I deeply apologize for any offense I caused and my sympathies for your loss." That's it. Moving on. But he likes to distract people from things going on. He's not going to stop. He's said "this is what got me elected so this is what I'm gonna do."

President Trump has a habit of never saying what he means. I realize that the press is hard on him, but he brings a lot of that on himself. You are correct in saying that he should have just apologized and moved on but that does not seem his style.
