All gun laws violate the spirit of the second amendment.

Changing the law by executive order is also troubling. Banning a plastic stock because you decide that it's a machine gun doesn't make it a machine gun.

Bump stocks only exist because of government regulations, someone designed a stock that let's the gun move around your finger. They show how pointless gun laws are.

The government will lose. No bump stock meets the established definition of a Machine Gun because the finger is still required to manipulate the trigger once per bullet.

This has nothing to do with the second amendment, this is analogous to modifying an AR to fire on auto. Which is illegal. Going to have to search for another article to attack our president with.

What about 2A? 2A protects our right to arm ourselves, it does not protect aftermarket add-ons that are strictly an aesthetic addition to an individual weapon. Much ado about nothing, Capt, as usual.
