I don't believe President Trump is seriously saying that he's not going to back NATO allies who waste money on climate change medication instead of helping replace broken tanks, Old jets, And obsolete equipment. If Russia invades those weak Nato allies, You know damn well, The US military will be to the rescue.
We know that President Biden was a wimp and said 'We're back',
in 2021 NATO Summits
implying they could go back to their old ways of paying less than the minimum.
I am certain the 2/2022 Invasion of Ukraine by Russia sobered up NATO allies. Weak President Biden and gave Russia the courage to invade. Biden also was stupid and didn't put sanctions until after the invasion started.
Canada and Germany still don't put two percent of their GDP toward defense.
I am very certain that President MCGOO Bidenden is not going to make it past November 2024 and President Trump will taunt cheap NATO allies ( Like Canada and Germany)who don't pay their fair share.

How is it you can tell when he is and isn't serious? I find much of what he says cannot be relied on but can't figure out when it should and shouldn't
